County Stationery Rent BooksRent books covering a variety of tenancy types Restricted Contract Lettings (green cover) Protected or Statutory Tenancies (orange cover) Assured Tenancy & Assured Shorthold Tenancy (red cover) Rent payable weekly Contains sixteen pages in each book. Size: 160mm by 103mm Under the Housing Acts of 1988 (section 36) and 1996 no new restricted contracts or protected or statutory tenancies can be created. However the act did not abolish restricted contract lettings that existed at the time it came into force.
